Most frequently asked questions and answers
If you are unable to find a suitable appointment time, please contact us via our contact page. Although our Business hours are Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm we may in some circumstances be able to offer you an out of hours appointment (subject to availability)
Make sure you set time aside and be available for your phone call appointment. Remember to make sure your phone has a charged battery. Check your phone is able to receive calls from a ‘Private’ or ‘Hidden no’ (Your Life Coach will most likely call you from one) you may need to adjust the settings.
If you can, arrange to be somewhere reasonably quiet for your call, so you can hear well, this may also assist you to feel more relaxed. Having a pen and paper handy, is also useful, as you may want to take down some notes.
The amount of phone call appointments you book is totally your choice. You may only book an appointment once, twice, or on the odd occasion.
However, if you are working on achieving a goal or struggling to overcome a particular challenge, you may like to book a few regular phone call appointments a week or two apart. Allowing time for your Life Coach to help you identify any patterns that are holding you back is particularly important when you are facing a challenge or changing a habit etc. We can then work together to find a suitable solution for you.
It’s important that you notify us ASAP if you have to change your appointment for some unexpected reason. You should be able to manage your appointment from your email confirmation that you received when you first booked. If you are unable to do so, please go to the Contact Page and either email/call/or text us through there.
Our Coaches are happy for you to reschedule another time slot if needed. Please do this as soon as you are aware of needing to change your appointment time, it would be greatly appreciated, as this will free the time slot for another person.
On the rare occasion, due to an unforeseen circumstance, your Life Coach/Massage Therapist may need to cancel an appointment. This may be because of a technical issue with our phones/computers/website or illness/accident/injury etc. In this case you may reschedule another appointment, or request a refund.
We will contact you ASAP once any issues have been resolved, to organize this with you. Please refer to the contact page to get in touch if you haven’t heard from a member of our team within 24hrs. Please be patient when waiting for a reply as we may be experiencing a technical glitch, or an unforeseen emergency etc.
We do not give refunds for an phone call appointment that you have had with a Life Coach. However we will consider a refund request, if you book an appointment and have had to cancel because of unforeseen circumstances. Although it is preferable if you can reschedule your appointment. If you do have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be mindful to give as much notice as possible.
Our Coaches reserve the right not to accept a booking from a person, who is known to regularly cancel appointments without giving reasonable notice. If you have requested a refund please allow appropriate time for it to be considered and responded to, especially if it is during close of business hours etc.
You are required to be over 18 years old to book an appointment with one of our Life Coaches/Massage Therapists.
